Notes:

	You will be notified via email confirming your registration.
	The current test fee is $15.00.
	Bring photo identification to the exam.
	Bring your original CSCE (if upgrading) and your Original License plus appropriate copies.
	The 147.040+ repeater will be monitored for "talk-in" one hour before the scheduled test. The PL tone for the repeater is 123.0 Hz.
